IT'S HERE!!
What do you think? I absolutely love the cover of my October release Victoria & Violet - it completely encapsulates Violet at the beginning of the novel and then it becomes the perfect reminder of her internal journey. I just love it :)
Victoria & Violet is the first book in what I hope will be my ongoing Royal Maids series - set in the court of Queen Victoria, the story follows young maid Violet as she assigned to be the queen's personal housemaid. She soon meets assistant to Victoria's private secretary, James Greene and he and Violet's lives become entwined. As their care for each other grows amid the scandal, troubles, balls and celebrations of the royal court, Violet and James find it ever harder to be together...and apart.
It has been an ambition of mine since I began to writing to one day pen a novel that included real people and real events and that ambition has finally been realised!
