1)
Did you
set any goals for 2014?
One
of my goals was to sit down and write every day. Well…that’s not quite happening, but I try to get down some
sort of words every other day. LOL. I make that mental To Do list at night and
try to stick with it for the following day.
2) How long does it take you
to write a 50,000-60,000 word manuscript?
I’m a
fairly fast writer, so writing these short stories for the Timeless books,
which are approximately 15K, took me a week or two in total for the first
drafts. The first draft of a full-length book may take me a few months.
4)
Tell us
about a new author you’ve recently discovered
NJRW
member and a good friend, DC Stone writes kick butt romantic suspense.
5)
Name two
romances you’ve read more than once
Lynn
Kurland’s, A Garden In the Rain. I love her sweet time travels books about
Scotland, and JR Ward’s Lover Eternal—Rhage and Mary are my favorite couple in
her Black Dagger Brotherhood series.
6)
Tell us
about your first car. HA! It was a POS! I drove a 1979 Pontiac Grand Prix. It
was metallic blue with T-tops, which leaked like a sieve whenever it rained,
but boy did I think I was the bomb in that car. Me, the car, and my big hair. Ahh..the eighties were fun!
7)
Tell us
something you’ve lied about?
I
try not to do that. However, I do still tell my kids that Santa brings them
gifts on Christmas…so…I guess that counts.
8)
Kissing
in public? Yes or no?
Sure.

Harris spends her time between New Jersey and the Endless Mountains
region of Pennsylvania, where she writes most of her books. She

fun. An avid crafter, unused supplies clutter her basement and
attempts at making pottery, jewelry, and stained glass
are proudly displayed in her house, usually behind a picture or
holding a door open. She also makes candles and homemade
soap. With enough books to stock a small library she may need to construct
a building to store her literary obsessions.
She writes in multiple genres, including women’s

About Emma Kaye:
Emma Kaye is married to her high school sweetheart
and has two beautiful kids that she spends an insane amount of time driving
around central New Jersey. Before ballet classes and tennis entered her life,

discovered a new passion. She has been writing ever since. Add in a playful
puppy and an extremely patient cat and she’s living her own happily ever after
while making her characters work hard to reach theirs.

About Julie Rowe:

Alberta, where she still resides. She loves to include medical details in her
romance novels, but admits she’ll never be able to write about all her medical
experiences because, “No one would believe them!” In addition to writing
contemporary and historical medical romance, and fun romantic suspense for
Entangled Publishing and Carina Press, Julie has a short story in The Mammoth
Book of ER Romance (September 2013). Her book Saving the Rifleman (book one of
the War Girls series) won the novella category of the 2013 Gayle Wilson Award
