Happy Easter, lovely readers!!

It's Easter! One of my favourite times of the year because it means the weather 'should' only get warmer from now on. I am a summer girl through and through. Nothing makes me happier than taking my laptop into the garden to work, the dog outside with me and playing in the sunshine.

I have written at least seven of my novels through the summer and they've been easier to write than the ones I've written in the colder months. When I've spoken to other authors about this, the majority of them have found the opposite to be true and the summer means they have every excuse to forget work and get out in the sunshine. For me, I can combine both!

This summer, I will be writing the next Harlequin Templeton Cove book (book 7), a romantic suspense revolving around one existing character from two previous books and a brand new hero. I'm excited about it already :D

As for the Easter break, I am going to be very strict with myself and not work at all during the long Easter weekend. I owe my family and friends some social time! Once the weekend is done though, it will be back to the keyboard and continuing writing my current work in progress, an Edwardian romance that a UK agent signed up based on three chapters. Needless to say, I am frantically trying to finish it so I can give her the completed novel. Wish me luck!

Happy Easter, lovely readers - may you enjoy these few days in happiness and peace...
